Summary
Visual Mortgage is designed as a local, on-device planning tool. The app does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not transmit your scenario data to EYE MAN LLC or a third-party server.
Information You Enter in the App
You may enter mortgage, affordability, refinance, rent-versus-buy, and scenario-planning information, such as home price, down payment, loan amount, interest rate, loan term, taxes, insurance, HOA, PMI, closing-cost assumptions, income, debt, monthly obligation assumptions, scenario names, favorites, visual settings, and app preferences.
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple-provided local storage technologies. EYE MAN LLC does not receive, access, or store this information unless you choose to share it outside the app.
Local Storage
Visual Mortgage saves scenarios and app preferences on your device so they remain available across app launches. You can delete scenarios inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting Visual Mortgage from your device, subject to iOS and iPadOS behavior for app removal and device backups.
Visual Mortgage does not currently provide cloud sync, user accounts, server-side storage, or an EYE MAN LLC-hosted account deletion portal because the app does not create or maintain server-side user accounts.
Sharing and Export
Visual Mortgage lets you export or share scenario information as JSON or PDF files. These exports are created locally on your device and may include the scenario values, assumptions, calculations, and visuals shown in the app.
If you choose to share an exported file through Messages, Mail, Files, AirDrop, cloud storage, or another destination, that sharing is handled by iOS, iPadOS, and the destination app or service. EYE MAN LLC does not control the privacy practices of those third-party destinations.
Analytics, Tracking, Advertising, and Third-Party SDKs
Visual Mortgage does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, or crash-reporting SDKs. The app does not collect data for tracking and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Apple may process information through the App Store, TestFlight, iOS, iPadOS, device diagnostics, or related Apple services according to Apple's own privacy practices. EYE MAN LLC is not responsible for data collected directly by Apple.
Sensitive Financial Information
Visual Mortgage asks for financial assumptions only so it can calculate and display planning scenarios on your device. The app does not verify your identity, check credit, make lending decisions, offer regulated financial services, or transmit financial information to EYE MAN LLC.
Visual Mortgage is for educational and planning purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or lending advice.
Children
Visual Mortgage is not directed to children under 13. EYE MAN LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Visual Mortgage.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Because Visual Mortgage does not maintain user accounts or server-side scenario data, most privacy choices are handled directly on your device.
- You can edit or delete scenarios in the app.
- You can decide whether to export or share JSON and PDF files.
- You can delete the app from your device to remove its local app data, subject to iOS and iPadOS backup behavior.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about personal data handled by a business. If you contact EYE MAN LLC for support or privacy help, EYE MAN LLC will use the information you provide in that request to respond to you.

Changes to This Policy
EYE MAN LLC may update this Privacy Policy if Visual Mortgage's features, data practices, legal requirements, or contact details change. The updated policy will include a new effective date.
